Job Details

• Oversee and coordinate daily security operations, static guards, and mobile patrol deployments.

• Lead, train, and evaluate field security officers to ensure quality workmanship, vigilance, and strict adherence to safety protocols.

• Maintain and manage security equipment, inventory, and patrol vehicle readiness.

• Interface directly with clients, law enforcement, and property managers with the utmost professionalism.

• Conduct quality checks, ensure incident reporting accuracy, and resolve operational issues as they arise in real-time.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in commercial security, law enforcement, or the military.

• Current managerial security licenses or the ability to obtain them upon hiring.

• Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and crisis management skills.

• Ability to manage high-pressure environments with absolute professionalism and a calm demeanor.

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
