Job Details
Install, configure, and test commercial-grade CCTV cameras, access control systems, and alarm panels.
Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on existing security hardware and network infrastructure.
Run low-voltage cabling cleanly and ensure all installations meet strict electrical and safety codes.
Train clients and Bedrock Command Center staff on how to effectively operate newly installed video management software (VMS).
Conduct site surveys to identify security blind spots and recommend technical upgrades to clients.
Requirements
2+ years of hands-on experience installing and servicing commercial CCTV, IP cameras, and access control systems.
Strong understanding of low-voltage wiring and basic IT network configuration (IP addresses, routers, switches).
Relevant technical certifications (e.g., ESA, NICET) are highly preferred but not strictly required.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and operate power tools safely (including working on ladders and lifts).
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record for operating company service vehicles.
